The Man above by the name "John Akpabu" was arrested today at the Radio House, Abuja where the ongoing ministerial briefing was ongoing by the security operatives as he tried to gain entrance inside the gigantic complex. The bag contained 37 rounds of live ammunition, 3 grenades and other explosives. Questioning the man by newsmen he said "A woman gave him the bag to deliver to somebody but he later realized what was inside the bag and wanted to take it back before the arrest"
Anyway, the security officials are not buying the story as seen above because of security challenges in the country.
